BPAG is a procurement advisory firm based in Beijing. We work on behalf of international buyers who need to source products, materials or equipment from China — providing structured, buyer-side support across the full procurement lifecycle.
Our purpose
Why BPAG exists.
International buyers face a fundamental information asymmetry when sourcing from China. Suppliers are numerous, quality varies widely, and the distance — geographic, linguistic and commercial — makes it difficult to verify who you are dealing with and whether what you are buying is what you think it is. BPAG exists to close that gap. We act as the buyer's representative on the ground in China, providing the local knowledge, supplier access and procurement discipline that international buyers need to source effectively.
How we work
Our approach
Buyer-side only
BPAG works exclusively for buyers. We do not represent suppliers, accept referral fees from manufacturers, or operate as a trading company. Our commercial interest is aligned with the buyer's — to find the right supplier at the right price and manage the process to a successful outcome.
Requirement-led
We start with the buyer's requirement, not a supplier catalog. Send us a product name, specification, drawing, photo, quantity or project brief and we will identify suppliers who can genuinely meet it — not simply the suppliers we already know.
Structured process
Procurement from China requires discipline. BPAG applies a structured approach to supplier identification, verification, comparison and selection — reducing the risk of poor supplier choices, quality failures and commercial disputes.
On the ground in Beijing
Operating from Beijing gives BPAG direct access to the Chinese supplier market, the ability to conduct factory visits and inspections, and the commercial and linguistic capability to negotiate effectively on the buyer's behalf.

Beijing is China's political and commercial capital and a hub for industrial, government and institutional procurement. BPAG's location gives us access to suppliers across China's major manufacturing regions — from the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta to the industrial clusters of Shandong, Hebei and beyond.
